Italian Lakes - May 2027
Five nights in Lombardy.
While others rush past on their way to Como, we stop. Lake Comabbio in May, before the season shifts. A villa within a park where you can get lost for an hour, a spa at the end of the hall, and seven women experiencing Northern Italy on our own terms. No tour bus, no rigid schedules, and no guide with a microphone.
- Pilates in the park as the water wakes
- A day in Orta San Giulio and its island
- Arona and an ancient cheese cellar beneath the road
- A cooking afternoon with Marco followed by a feast
- E-bikes along the shore for those who wish
- Long spa afternoons with zero plans
- A final dinner on the lake as the light fades
45 minutes from Milan. All meals, activities, and transfers are included.
Quiet Lake

Jane Austen's England - June 2027
Four nights in Bath.
Bath in the morning - the avenues she walked daily and famously disliked.
Chawton, and the table where she wrote all six novels. Long green walks and even longer debates about Mr. Knightley.
- Bath - Assembly Rooms, The Circus, and Royal Crescent
- The cottage at Chawton and her writing desk
- Winchester Cathedral and the timeless village of Lacock
- Afternoon tea at the Pump Room
All meals, entrance fees, and transfers are included.

The Long Table
Olive Farm Outside Rome - November 2027
Six nights in the Sabina Hills.
Stone farmhouses at the end of a path, an hour from Rome yet a world away. Twelve women, one chef, and a week where the only anchor is dinner.
- Morning Pilates overlooking the valley
- An afternoon of pasta making with Chantal
- Olive oil tastings with those who produce it
- Farfa Abbey and the hilltop town of Casperia
- A creative table that remains open all week
- Sound baths, sunset on the ridge, and stars without city lights
- One dinner in the village; all other meals cooked for us here
All meals, activities, and airport transfers are included.
About Me
My name is Yael. I spent nearly two decades at NASA’s Ames Research Center, followed by a career in high-tech. Long hours, and far too much screen time.
Somewhere along the way, I started collecting places. A farmhouse I read about, a valley I glimpsed from a train window. I would save them, but never go. I kept telling myself I’d get there when things calmed down. They never did.
I learned about the body the way many women do—through the parts that broke and the need to understand why. I am a certified Pilates instructor and an ISSA-certified Menopause Coach. I also lead sound sessions, and I’ve never met a type of art I didn’t want to try.
Eventually, I stopped waiting for an invitation and started inviting women to these places instead. These are the retreats I searched for: small, relaxed, nourishing food, and organized down to the last transfer. I host each retreat myself and am there every step of the way.
I don’t promise a total transformation. I offer a week where nothing is asked of you.
